Swollen feet/ankles
19 and 6 days..
Swollen feet and ankles is kicking my butt... A day at work is getting hard to get through because of it. I am trying not to be on my feet too much, but my job requires it.
My feet are so swollen and hurt by the end of the day that I am nearly couch ridden when I get home. Im avoiding salt and feel like I drink plenty of water. (Also elevating feet at home)
Idk... Just looking for relief and curious if people out the can relate.
