Hcg and progesterone

From my records, I would be CD 29, 16DPO. I may have only implanted 2/3 days ago. (Slight blood when wiping)

Got a clear positive last night so I went for blood work today.

HCG only a 5.

Progesterone was only 2.

How are these tests so positive 😩😩
