And the smell is soooo horrible 🤢🤢 she keeps licking the area and you can smell it from feet away. I keep telling my sister to take her to the vet and she says “it’s fine”. Ughhh what do I do?

Is the cat fat? If so she could be having a hard time cleaning herself. Feces or urine sitting on the fur or skin can cause major shin irritation & odor. The could also have anal gland problems although that isn’t seen as much in cats, but it does still happen. It should probably been seen by a vet. They can help fix the problem. Your sis is being a lazy pet owner. As her how she would feel if her ass was red hot & stinky. Wouldn’t she want to fix it?
