How did you decide? Did anything go wrong?

Pfizer at 14w and 17w. So far baby is doing great! Personally for me the risk of getting Covid during pregnancy seems worse. That's why I decided it'd be best for me and my family to be vaccinated

No and not getting it. My husband daughter and I all had Covid last November so we won’t need it :) My daughter had a 99 fever for one day. I had a 100 fever for a day and also lost my taste and smell for 2 weeks and my husband also lost his taste and smell for 2 weeks. My daughter was only 1.5 at the time so I don’t know if she lost her taste or not 😂 the taste thing was annoying but other than that we were fine. We also work out often, eat well, get sun everyday, and don’t have underlying health conditions so I’m thinking that’s why it was super mild for us. My dad got it and he had a quadruple bypass heart surgery about 5 years ago and his fever got up to like 103 and could barely get out of for like 2.5 weeks. He also doesn’t exercise, doesn’t eat ~that~ well, and is inside a loooot. So your overall lifestyle and underlying conditions have a lot to do with how it can effect you, as is with any other flu/cold. Just based on my personal experience.

I’m vaccinated because I’ve heard the horror stories from my husband about people who catch COVID and in particular, the woman he had to do a rapid blood transfusion on after her c-section at 33 weeks. He’s an ICU nurse so has seen it all

I was just starting to consider getting it now that it has fda approval but I came down with Covid anyways lol. I will say, my fully vaccinated co worker is also positive and her symptoms are worse than mine 😬 idk what to make of that. But it’s almost kinda like what’s the point? She has the vaccine, still caught it, and is having a worse time than me (at least as of now). I don’t have answers

I got vaccinated right before I got pregnant. I’ve had zero complications with my pregnancy. I had flu like symptoms following the vaccine but it wasn’t bad.

I got my vaccine before becoming pregnant, and I will get a booster as soon as I am able (I am seven months post vaccine). I personally know a midwife who currently has 4 unvaccinated pregnant covid patients on ventilators. Her hospital has lost 2 unvaccinated pregnant covid patients, and they expect some of the ventilated patients to lose their babies (3rd trimester loss).

I probably got pregnant the same week I got my vaccine, and everything has been great! I do feel a lot safer with it and just read this study on Bloomberg today, thought I’d share it with everyone.

Literally had COVID this pregnancy as well as pneumonia it wasn’t as bad for me . I’m pretty overweight for my height 5’10 I took a lot of vitamin C , Zinc and Vitamin D in conjunction with my prenatal vitamins , fish oil and folic acid . I didn’t have a fever , honestly I wouldn’t have even knew I had COVID if I didn’t get checked out for the pneumonia. This was only a month ago . I rather just tough it out instead of getting vaccine . Maybe in the future I’ll get it when there’s more research .

I got vaccinated before I got pregnant. No side effects other than a sore arm. Hasn’t seemed to affect the pregnancy so far.
