Cholestasis of pregnancy?

Question

I have been having a lot of itching on the palms of my hands and bottoms of my feet the last 24 hours. I know this can be a sign of Cholestasis. Is this something that I need to call the exchange on a Saturday or just wait until Monday?
Update: I called the office and they told me I could wait until Monday. Thanks for the input, ladies!

Yes call your doctor as soon as possible i had cholestasis with my daughter symptoms started around 29-31 weeks can’t remember well and didn’t say anything till 34 weeks because i had never heard of cholestasis was induced at 36 weeks i am now pregnant with baby number 2 and got tested on 8/16/21 and i thought it was clear but on 8/25/21 i was in the hospital due to having contractions 4-2 min apart and they tested me and my levels have increased i have an appointment with my doctor on Monday to make plans on whats the next step

Yeah call them so you can get tested.
It may not be it as itching can be normal but cholestasis needs to be monitored especially the further along you are.
Hoping for the best results for you. I have cholestasis and the itchiness is annoying as hell.
