Constant bacterial infection- HELP

I went to by gyno again the other day due to discharge. They called me back saying i had another bacterial infection and was going to call me in an antibiotic. I stated that was fine, but i have taken that antibiotic twice in the past 2 months and that would be my third time. The nurse stated she wanted to talk to the dr and would call me back. They called me back and recommended me take the over the counter medication called rePHresh and asked that I use condoms the next 3 months to see if that clears it up. My husband is REFUSING to wear a condom because he says he’s not wearing a condom with his wife. Which i do understand. But how can i keep from getting a bacterial infection!? This is getting so old!!! Any suggestions?
