Copper iud and stomach ache

I got my copper iud inserted two days ago and got the past 24 hours my stomach has been upset. I’m very bloated, full of air, and have lower stomach pains that are a combo of cramps and nausea and bloat. I’m having almost diarrhea-like bowel movements and I’m scared to eat anything. It feels more like my digestive track than my cervix at this point. I can still feel the strings of my iud and my discharge is almost normal, with a little bit of spotting. Anyone else experienced similar symptoms with their iud? How long did it last?
