Cleaning baby girls
This may sound very stupid and a little tmi... But I'm too embarrassed to ask the pediatrician. My daughter gets a little bit of white build up inside her labia around the clitoris. I'm not sure how I should clean it because I don't want to hurt her or make it raw. She gets baths every night and I changer her diaper as soon as it is wet. She's 6 months old.
