Coming off the pill 😨
After being on the combined pill since I was 16 (nearly 24 now) I have decided I want to stop taking it. I feel like I need to experience life without it to see if I feel better in myself, and see what my natural cycles are like.
If anyone has done this, what did you experience? I’d like to know what to expect as it’s only been 4 days so far!
