Weight after baby

I know its probably the furthest thing from everyone’s minds right now, but does anyone have a plan to lose weight after their baby? Are you changing your diet or working out or both? I’m a csection mom so I won’t be able to jump back into exercising but if you all have some easy healthy meals to share or advice, I’d love to hear it! Side note, I nurse my babies so I can’t do anything too drastic with my diet 🙃
