Boyfriend and I had sex and he did the deed, and I started my period the next day. I’m 2 days post period and I’m extremely nauseous. Chances of pregnancy?

OK so just to clear some things up :
If you had your period the very next day, that doesn't 100% mean you can't get pregnant. The sperm needs to travel to the egg, fertilise it and then implant in order to stop your period and that can take anything from 6 to 14 days. So having your period so soon after the unprotected sex is not an absolute.
However, when you ovulate plays the most important role in this whole situation. If you ovulate literally just before or just after your period, there is the risk of pregnancy (some women even get positive ovulation tests during their periods). And considering sperm can survive for five days..... 
So I wouldn't say you are pregnant, but please just keep in mind that the risk of pregnancy is still there.
