Hello! I’m 5w3d after a successful FET with a PGT-A normal embryo. I am on 4 transdermal estrogen patches, change every other day, as part of that frozen embryo transfer protocol. I had been feeling really anxious and amped the way I have in the past on estrogen patches (I’ve done a few prior transfers in past years) and wondered if my estradiol might be high enough that I could step down to 2 patches instead of 4. I had my estradiol level checked yesterday and it’s actually low…just 87. I’m feeling panicked, but my clinic doesn’t seem as worried. They want me to continue what I’m doing and come in next Tuesday for my scheduled ultrasound at 6w4d.

Is anyone else having their estrogen monitored? Has anyone else had a low level and had things go ok with the pregnancy?
