Stress ?

So my period don’t start for another week and I’m always on time ( once in a blue moon I’ll be late or early by no more then two days ) last night I woke up used the restroom and went to wipe and there was blood like started my period but now this morning it has stopped I’ve a stomach ace and hot flashes and was super sick Saturday morning and threw up but honestly that was probably because I had some nasty jack in the box the night before . Has this happened to anyone else ?
