Anyone get pregnant the first week starting the pill ?

I just had a baby and started the pill (3/4 weeks post baby) and my husband didn’t pull out any and I have only been taking the pill for a week . Could I get pregnant ? Or how long does it take to start working ?

They take 7 days at most to be effective.

They recommend that you use protection the first 7 days of the pill. If you have been taking them consistently and at the same time (at least within the same hour each time) you should be fine
