Im 11 weeks pregnant and the stupid morning sickness symptom is killing me.. i cant eat no more. I need a candy that can help me like a sour one or a sweet one .. idk please help me

Anything with peppermint will stop nausea even if it isn't related to morning sickness. I carry a bag of peppermint lifesavers with me since becoming prego and it has helped me.
