Is asking for nudes a red flag during the talking stage?

The only time I’ve send nudes was with my first bf. Now, it took a long time for me to send pics. I remember he asked 6 months in the relationship and I was pissed. He apologized. It took me about 2 years for me to send him pics. We were together 8 years. I trusted him.

Well I’m talking to a guy. He talks a lot about the future but last night he told me he was horny. He asked if I can send some sexy pics. I got pissed off and told him no. I haven’t talked to him since and he’s been saying sorry but idk why that turned me off. We haven’t been intimate yet

Like is this normal to ask ??
