Missed period

So I’m on the pill and last month I had forgotten to take one of my pills close to my placebo week and I started spotting which I know it normal. I kept taking my pills as usual but when my the placebo week came I never got my period. I kept getting the feeling that I did start but maybe that was just me hoping I did? Should I be worried?
