First time pregnancy

Hi ladies - I just found out I was pregnant about a week ago. Yesterday I started spotting light pink and went to the doctor for a blood test. I got the results this morning and If I’m correct I should be around 4 weeks. My level of HCG is only at 127.. My bleeding has gotten darker (like a reddish brown) and heavier. Im still not bleeding into a pad or underwear it’s just when I wipe. I’m obviously worried and I came here to ask if anyone else has had this experience and still had a successful pregnancy.
