How to get my baby to latch on right?

my baby was born on July 22 she was breast-feeding very well and also being able to latch on good once I got home my boobs were very rocky so I decided to start pumping and started giving her from the bottle because I couldn’t take the nipple pain and now she’s on bottle but I find it super hard now because I have to wake up almost every hour and a half to pump what’s a good way to find her to latch on again

I used a nipple shield early in breast feeding & it helped so much. Ask them about that.

It’s very possible to get back to the boob I wasn’t able to nurse my baby successfully till 6 weeks then there were more challenges and I would sometimes just pump and give milk in a bottle for a week for two then go back to nursing now at 3 1/2 months we are back to nursing and we just started weaning off the nipple shield I have very flat nipples and heavy saggy boobs it was near impossible to nurse till I met with a lactation consultant I highly recommend one pumping every few hours is a pain in the ass especially in public it’s so much easier to just whip the boob out

I tried every time before succumbing to pumping and baby with bottle. I also gave my baby the lowest flow nipple on the bottle. My baby had a great latch but sometimes he just got cranky/lazy. So I would try to nurse with a bottle on standby. Pause. Switch boobs, try again, pause, etc...before giving bottle then pumping after to keep me in time with baby. I tried to only pump when baby fed. The slow nipples helped a bit, otherwise working on pauses and deep breaths, finding super comfy positions for me and baby. Sometimes asking hubs to sooth baby before handing them back to me to nurse. 
Sometimes the kiddos just dont want to work that hard and it isnt because of a medical condition.

Aww my first was born July 22 a few years ago! Congrats. Also she had a hard time latching. She ended up having a tongue tie that needed to be clipped. Quick procedure, nursed until she was almost 2.5 years after that. :) just get an opinion. Tongue ties can also lead to speech issues.

Stop the bottles for a while. She won’t have any interest in nursing because it’s much more work for her.
