Hubby and I met when we were both stationed in Hawaii. Back then I was accustomed to the military life cause we both were used to the schedules. I just got out of the Navy in April and he had re-enlisted for another 4 years. He’s a machine-gunner in the marines and his job is pretty demanding (obviously lol). Ever since I got pregnant I feel like the lifestyle is kicking our ASSES. Especially since I don’t work and we’re not living on base so I’m basically all alone. What REALLY set me off is that we set our gender ultrasound weeks ahead of time and then he find out he leaves for field training for 45 days…. the.day.before. our appointment. My family is on the other side of the country and all my friends from the Navy that are stationed here are either on deployment or too far away. I just wish ONE thing would go as planned.😫 We’re not doing a gender reveal so it’s really important that we find out together. Worth the wait, I’m just a little frustrated. End rant🤷🏻‍♀️
