Cutting dairy
Hello! I’m exclusively breastfeeding.
I have recently cut/reduced dairy to see if it helps settle my 8 week baby (has cradle cap looking rash on face, unsettled, diarrhea looking constant 💩 etc). My question is if you cut dairy does this mean they are more likely to have the allergy later as they are not building any tolerance to it? Are there any stories from mums who cut dairy? Thanks!
