Cd10 3rd round of femara

I got some discouraging news that I had no mature follicles after having one on my first round, no ultrasound but ovulated cd 14 on my 2nd and this one has several follicles— they said a good amount one could be dominate is 10 1/4, but nothing close to mature. She said my first layer of my lining was great but my 2nd layer hasn’t even developed. She is very confident that I’ll ovulate later this month, i am discouraged. I am starting to test for a surge and they are getting darker which makes me question everything. Has anyone had this happen?

Mind you my ovulation test is starting to get dark like I’ll have a surge , and I’ll “ovulate “ before sat.
