Back pain? Cramps?
Ive never had cramps before when i had my period…or so i thought? All 2021 every time i get my period, my lower back would ache so badly. This has never happened to me before. I always thought cramps were near the stomach and uterus. I finally tell my mother about this and she said they are cramps.
Is this true? And does anyone else experience this?
