Enfamil AR??

Question

So, my son has been struggling with reflux for awhile and we just can’t seem to get the right formula. The peds told us to use cereal in his reg formula but I’m over doing that. It fills him up too fast and he’s too young.  They switched him to similac Alimentum and honestly he has continuously been spitting every bit of it up. I’m wondering if AR would actually be a fix for him. He’s showed no signs of milk allergy and yes we’ve had him on meds for the reflux but it made it so much worse. 
Ps; PLEASE do not make a comment about him being to young for cereal I KNOW he is lol. But I had 4 peds (he seen all of the ones at his office) and his gi specialist tell us to give him a tsp or two in his bottles.

my son had severe acid reflux we was put on enfamil ar his specialist,pediatrician and nutritionist had him on medication and we was prescribed to put 1 tablespoon of cereal in his bottle because the Enfamil ar was thick enough for him it differently helped soo much

We did Enfamil AR. It helped my son a lot. He'd still spit up, but nothing like it was when he was on regular Enfamil Neurpro. We never did cereal in the bottle tho, just the AR

If medication didnt help, I would try another one if you haven't yet. It took us 4 different ones to find one that worked. Its a bummer about zantac because it really worked great for the month she took it. We ended up switching to omeprazole.
