Spotted on ovulation day during sex?

In my 40s & TTC. Have one child with secondary, unexplained infertility. We have had a couple fertility treatments & one miscarriage in April. We decided to try on our own a couple cycles. This past one, I noticed spotting on what was predicted ocular day during sex

- never spotted during sex in my life. Next day didn’t happen. Not sure if just a fluke or something to be concerned about. I am supposed to get my period today & I am usually right as rain - or a day early. I am bloated and do have some mild cramps, but nothing else so far. I know chances are slim at my age, natural with just one cycle, but mostly wondering about spotting. Praying it isn’t a problem or heading in to menopause. 😢❤️
