FINALLY worked out again !

Have missed the last week of workouts because I just couldn’t wake up - kept sleeping through my alarms😑. I do kickboxing/resistance training but NO sparring. Being 5’ tall I’m terrified of the weight gain, already up 15lbs to 160😭❤️

BUT TODAY I MADE IT TO MY WORKOUT!! Even tho I’m sore n exhausted I feel SO MUCH better having gone !!
