Bright red bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant??

I am 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant today, just yesterday I went to the doctor and they did a vaginal ultrasound. Last night I started spotting brown discharge and just right now I went to the bathroom and saw bright red blood, not a lot it’s not like gushing out but I can feel it come out slowly. This is what it looks like. I have some light cramping right now but it was really bad yesterday, could this be a miscarriage?

Call your doctor’s office. Yes, it could be. But I’ve known multiple people who’ve had bleeding early on and gone on to have no issues. Try not to jump to conclusions until your doctor can examine you. Sending you all of the luck!! 🤞

I had bleeding early on with my almost 10 month old and they said it was normal. But to be safe call your doctor
