What kind of milk supply do you have?

Just curious about other people’s supply experiences and wondering if oversupply is more common than they say it is.

I avoid pumping at all costs to prevent oversupply from the start so I’ve always had exactly what she needs to keep her content!

I have an oversupply. I honestly store as much milk in my freezer as I can and I donate often. So far 15 babies 2 are my regular donees and I feed my own baby ontop of that

I naturally over produce. Most misconception of people thinking they have under supply is to pump on top of nursing when in fact they are making enough for baby and when getting extra from pumping that would be an over supply. Then the pumping would create an even more over supply and causing problems. Over supply is more times than not, self inflicted or wrong advice/instructions from dr or lc.

I had an over supply from day one until I was done nursing. I had to drink the "no more milk tea" for 2 weeks and put the cabbage leaves in my bra. I ended up with over 300oz in the freezer that I ended up donating to the nicu at the hospital across from our house. I couldn't give it to my daughter cause we found out she had a ton of food allergies.

I maintained an oversupply by pumping after nursing, because my babe had some latch issues when she was itty bitty. It made it SO much easier for her to get milk out, because of the oversupply.

Just enough supply lol baby eats 3oz and I pump like 4-4.5 oz! From July and august I have 200 ounces only lol

I naturally overproduce. With my first it took six months to finally regulate down to just what I needed, hoping this time it happens faster but not holding my breath.
