Misdiagnosed ectopic

It’s hard to find a place for my experience so I’ll just share I’m looking for someone who might have been through what I’ve been through. I was recently diagnosed with possible ectopic pregnancy. They saw nothing in uterus (I would have only been 3 weeks usually u don’t see anything in uterus at that stage) they saw fluid ( said it could be blood and they were leaning towards ectopic! When you have drs radiologist nurses saying these things to you it’s scary and confusing I told her I didn’t want to do anything yet because she couldn’t tell me 100% that it wasn’t just a cyst and that I was just super early. we waited two days and I went back and had my levels checked and a ultrasound. There was more fluid and now the radiologist was saying possible ectopic rupture! It all sounded scary I was given the option of surgery or methotrexate and I knew if I took that if I was pregnant it would kill it and if it was ectopic at least they would know with surgery. I had my right Fallopian tube removed. After surgery I was told I could still be pregnant with a normal inter uterine pregnancy the dr seen a corpus lutem cyst which forms in early pregnancy on my ovary. So we would monitor my levels and see what happens well my levels have still been increasing it’s been confusing and hard to explain to people so here I am and still worry about the effects of the surgery and anesthesia could have on my baby…
