I want to strictly nurse but I noticed my baby gets fussy towards the end of the feeding I’m assuming cause of the slow flow i read slow flow means low milk supply and even though my boobs are never empty he doesn’t want to work for it and I end up having to finish the feeding with a bottle. What should I do? Should I add a power pump to my routine? He gets so fussy he yells

Are you burping? 
Have you tried squeezing your breast to see if you can get any milk out? 
You should go see a lactation consultant they can help ease any anxiousness you might have.

How old is baby? This could sound like a cluster feed period. Slow flow is not necessarily the same as low supply!! 
Massaging while baby nurses may help the flow a bit. Or like the others have mentioned it may help to burp baby a bit.

My baby does this but I think mine does it because he needs to burp. After a few good burps I put him back on and he finishes.

My son does this sometimes and I can take him off and burp him and then he latches back on or sometimes he just needs to switch sides.
