Why happened? 😞

Im supposed to be almost 7 weeks today. I went in for an ultrasound and they weren’t able to see anything. No fetal pole. Nothing. The uterus is larger as during a pregnancy but I didn’t get to see anything.

Am I even pregnant ? The at home test show yes. I even took one today. The test line showed even before the control line & it was a dye stealer too.

Im now seeing some brown when I clean up in the rest room. I don’t know how to feel. Should I count myself out ?? I feel so upset, sad. Like I failed my baby.

Edit: Thank you ladies for commenting. I did have an elective abdominal u/s. I had one at 7w during my first pregnancy and was able to see the little one. I also haven’t been informed that I have a tilted uterus but I will be asking my OB. I don’t have my first visit until the end of the month. I will update again then.
