Menstrual Cups!

Hi everyone!!! 
I'm interested in using a menstrual cup. I got one before but I couldnt get it in. I'm a virgin, so I don't have a lot of experience with..stretching in that area. Any suggestions for cups?

I would recommend a soft cup and not a big one, so it’s not stiff trying to get it in and out. I had a tough time at first but I found this girl on YouTube that explained how to fold up the cups for easiest insertion and it’s the folding that makes the biggest impact for me. You shouldn’t have to move or stretch too much if you fold and slide the right way.

I second all of these comments you've gotten so far. Putacupinit was extremely helpful for me. They recommended a saalt cup for me personally. It's a great resource. I also use washable charcoal bamboo pads for overnight or when I just really am having a heavy day just in case it fills quickly.

I love my menstrual cup from Flex and use it on my heaviest of days but I also like their disc. I find the disc is easier to use than the cup - and recommend them for people who are looking to transition from pads and tampons to more sustainable options. The disc is much easier to insert and remove and the best part is you never feel it!
