Any advise on pcos?😥

Okay so 2 yrs and 4 months ago I got off birth control and before birth control my cramps were bad but never had irregular cycles. Well I got off and had irregular cycles like I'd skip month. So 8 months in of ttc I went go see an obgyn and they said I had pcos and gave me metformin which regulated my cycles. I was on for 3 months then first month off I had a chemical in nov. After that my cycles have be regular until may 22 2021 and I still haven't gotten a period and it's sep 5th 2021. About 3-4 weeks ago I went to a fertility doc where they said I had pcos and small cyst on my ovaries and just talked to me about weight loss. Well I've been trying to eat alittle better but u feel lost. He said once I get my period he would do a hsg test but like it's been almost 4 months since my last period🥺
