How long after a positive ovulation test can you try?

Hi All
This is my first month using ovulation strips. I got my positive ovulation test yesterday and got a negative one today - but today I’m now having slight ovulation cramps.
Does anybody know if this means I probably did ovulate already, or does this mean I’m ovulating a day after my positive test? Is there still time to try to conceive today?

You usually ovulate 12-36 hours after your positive ovulation test. Most people baby dance the day they get their peak test. I would say you still have a chance though so go ahead and make a move!!
