Advice please

I've been with my bf for a little over a year ND our 15 months is coming up and in the beginning it was so different and these past few weeks we haven't seen each other much and I asked him if we could just go on a walk an this is the text I received I feel upset and I try to take to him about it but he doesn't understand I get it he wants to chill but he doesn't offer anything else to docwith me besides watching him sleep all day .. he goes out w his friends an does things w them but no me an is wasn't like this in the begging I just dunno if it's a reason to just leave him and do my own thing tbh I love him an whatever but the effort should go both ways ..
