IVF time management

Hi ladies,

I am potentially heading into IVF soon.

I am a health care professional with a full time active practice including 24hr call duties etc.

I just wanted to know realistically if I would be able to continue working through the treatments or if I'd have to take time off work. For example: how often do you need to do trips to the clinic for ultrasounds or other assessments?

If I need to take time off work, how long of a period are we talking about here?

Just trying to organize the next few months and plan ahead ...
