I had my baby 8 weeks ago and I never really stopped bleeding. I had the lochia switching between red and brown up until 43 days PP (or so I thought.) At 45 days PP I had my 6 weeks check up and I was cleared etc but right after my doctor left the room and I started to clean myself up I saw blood again, like enough to wear a liner which continued. At 50 days PP I started what looks like my period which is usually 7 days long. I thought I stopped bleeding on day 7 only to be surprised the next morning and now its day 9 🥴

From day 5 the bleeding has been very light pale blood as if my period is finishing but my body is still going at it.

Have any of you mamas experienced this?

Btw I did messege my doctor from the patient portal over a week ago and she hasn't responded so I will try call.
