Separation anxiety?

Hi. I’m a stay at home mom. My son is 11 months old and I think he might have real bad separation anxiety. I hope this is just a phase or something. This all kinda just started happening. Durning the day If he isn’t physically touching me or near me he is scream hardcore. At night if he doesn’t have 3 points of contact with me. He is he yelling from the top of his lungs. I can’t move. Not even after he been asleep for hours. I got up last night to go pee and he basically had a heart attack. He has to sleep either directly on top of me or by my side with his leg over me, his head on my arm and that his tiny arm around my neck. Grabbing my shirt. I’m not sure what to do because it getting in the way of me cleaning and sleeping. It’s kinda also getting in the way of me showering. But as long as I put lion king on while he in the bathroom with me he seems to be fine.
