Overthinking it or should I choose another name?

I have two boys, Lucas and Simon. I’m due with a girl and we like the name Stella. Am I overthinking it thinking Lucas will be the odd one out since his initial is L and the other two kids will have S? 😅🥺

Both, overthinking it and not, haha. Ultimately, if you like the name, I think it would be perfectly fine, especially since “St” and “Si” are very different sounds. Also, Lucas still had an “S” sound at the end, so he wouldn’t full be left out. BUT with that being said, for ME, I’d either want all kiddos to start with the same letter or none of them to share... I’m weird like that. 😅

It's funny the first thing I noticed was the 2 S initials, but it's like an obsessive compulsive thing in my brain where things have to be all alike or totally opposite. So for me, it would bother me. But it's up to you. I doubt normal people would care. I have cousins in the same family where the first 2 kids are B and T, then the next 3 all start with Js. Haha. So people do it, and it wouldn't be weird if you did it.

Also consider how you're planning to separate separate for labeling and stuff. I use first letters so two kids with the same first letter is a no go for me haha

I'm so glad I'm reading this 😂... we have 3 girls Isla, Aria and Esme. We loved the names Amelie and Amelia for esme. Mine and my husbands names both start with a 'A' so isla would be the odd one out. Then the new baby would be the odd one out too because mine, my husbands and my eldest 2 girls all only have 4 letters in our name so Amelie didn't fit 🙄 so then we had to go with a name that didn't begin with A and was only 4 letters 😳😂

I’m similar! My husband and I both start with J and our last name is G. We skipped over the J names entirely. And also the Gs.
