So last month on the 9th, I got my period and put my new ring in. So Monday the 30th of august, I was suppose to take out my ring for my “break week” but I didn’t take it out until Thursday of that week, I forgot because I was really busy. I’m suppose to get my period today but I haven’t gotten it yet. But I did put my new ring in today on time. I never put my ring in late, always on time but I feel like taking it out late during my break week messed up my period schedule 😭 should I be okay?? Did I mess up my schedule? On Saturday morning I was getting cramps but my period didn’t show up. Will my period show up late due to me taking out the ring late?
