Help! This is driving me crazy

Ok so this is very complicated and I’m turning to here since my I moved out of state and don’t have a dr to call and last time I asked everything was fine. So I recently got remarried in April and before the day I went and got checked. For everything stds and to make sure everything was ok, and everything was fine. I’m 36 and don’t have kids and eventually would love to have one. So I had to go back home for the loss of a family member and ended up staying out there for a few weeks and went to see my obgyn because my cycle had become off. Turns out I tested positive for a std. told my husband who had not been with anyone since his divorce which ended because she cheated. So we both got treated and I came home after 3 weeks and we had sex. We went a week with out sex after that, when we had sex and my husband finished I literally sprayed out bright red blood. My period was supposed to start 4 days ago and didn’t. After that I used a liner but clean. Yesterday We had sex again and same thing. What could that be. Any ideas? After I got treated my cycle came and when I came home it was during ovulation and we had sex. I’m so lost. I have no idea. Thanks in advance for any input and for reading ☺️
