Hiiiii yallll. So I want to, as the title says, potty train, wean and move my son to his own room. He’ll be 2 November 13th. I don’t want to do it all at once. But I don’t know which order and how long to wait between each transition.

Does anyone have any advice? What worked for yall?

He’s still in my room by me in his crib. He nurses at night still. Should I I potty train first and try naps in his room before transitioning all the way to his room at night. I’m prepared to sleep in there with him until he’s comfortable.

Anyway I’ll take any advice.
