Uti relief hELP

So I am very convinced I have a UTI;; peeing hurts like hell and I have to pee every 12 seconds and its only a little and it burns like literal fire.

I'm also scared it's spread to my kidney bc I'm paranoid

Anyways; is there any relief I can give myself until I can get tested in the morning? I cannot sleep and I feel like I can't leave the bathroom or escape Satan's rein on my urethra

I have ibprofen and some other meds? Hopefully there's something bc it's 1 am and I can't go buy stuff rn
