Help!

So I have been on birth control for almost two years now. I have never missed a pill! I have been recently sexually active and my boyfriend unintentionally finished inside me(heat of the moment) two weeks ago, a day after I ended my last period. I’ve been feeling slight sharp pains in my lower right abdomen and I’m worried it could mean pregnancy. I haven’t had any other symptoms and I’m supposed to get my period in a week, but I’m freaking out! Could I be pregnant or am I just overthinking the cramps?
