Tantrums

Guys, my little girl is 23 months and a week ago, suddenly she wasnt sleeping well at night and refused to take a nap. She also often to throw tantrums (screaming like crazy when she is angry and also crying). She also refused to eat ( just took 4/5 bites then thats it)

I am trying to use a gentle parenting so far, but she drives me crazy. I told my parent and in laws and they gave me useless answes most of the times. I told my husband about it and we always end up having argument. I was crying a lot too and feeling guilty somehow.

Has anybody ever felt the same or all of these ever happened to you guys? How did you handle it? Thank you
