How did your cycle go?

Question

Anyone have a first retrieval that ended in No viable embryos or abnormal embryos to have a successful retrieval come after??
What’s your age?
Did you do anything differently or was it just second time better?
What were your numbers?

First retrieval had only 2 embryos-1 abnormal. Then I also did DHea and estrogen priming and have 10embryos, 4 normal.3abnormal. 3cant tell.

First one was a no-go, second one was canceled before the day of retrieval. On to #3 and hopeful. By now the doctor knows more and can work with all the data collected in the previous cycles. I don’t feel like these were a waste.

It took 3 reteievals for me to get any blasts. For that one, I was put on dhea for 3 months prior to reteieval and we did a lupron protocol. Out if 25 eggs, 19 fertilized and we got 3 blasts. My 1st retrieval was 21 eggs, 18 fertilized, 0 blasts. I wad 32 for all 3 retrievals.
