I tried a tampon let's just say I did it wrong and it made me ill so I use diapers and pads so if it leaks I just throw away the whole diaper and if I trust someone I tell them I do this so they know why my pants might be a little tighter now or my bottom look bigger. I hear now they got diapers for period or “period panties” that the always brand makes. I think that is so much easier and then you don't have to worry about washing things you just throw away the pad and diaper if it leaks if not you just change your pad. I think for the leaking diapers are so much easier they never leak and if they do I put two to four diapers on top of each other because it may leak over the sides. Y'all it might be a little uncomfortable but it is so much better than when you are ill or hurting from your period and you have to change sheets or put your underwear in the laundry. But that is for pad users like myself. put the pad on the lining of the diaper vagina part. So yeah we can all do different things when on your period.
