Letrozole Cycles and Increased Dose

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for some advice before going into my fourth letrozole cycle.

I’m currently in my third cycle of letrozole and I don’t think I’ve ovulated yet. I’m CD24 and I track bbt and use LH strips. The latest I ever ovulated naturally was CD23.. but my temp is still really low. Do you think I should ask for an increase from 5mg to maybe 7.5mg for my fourth cycle? We are trying letrozole before I get an MRI in November to check for endometriosis.

To give a little history. My first cycle of letrozole I ovulated CD15 and the second was CD17. And now this..

I had a lot of back pain this cycle and I’m wondering if anti inflammatories or the pain delayed my ovulation?
