Today I am 8 weeks pregnant and last night I started getting bad cramps in my lower abdomen. I also spotted . This morning I still am experiencing lingering cramps in addition to spotting as well. When I wipe this is the color (pic provided) . I am worried about miscarrying because I just had a miscarriage in June. I’m not sure if this is implantation bleeding or should I be concerned and go to the ER?
