Is this a Dye Run?!

I took this test 2 days ago. I didn’t see a line within the first minute so I just left it on the bathroom counter.  Today I picked it up to throw it away and noticed a faint line.  Is it probably just a dye run??

there is no picture attached. if there was no line in the time frame it’s an evap and invalid. retest to be sure.
